1. Approved Design and Materials

2. Quotation and Purchase Order

A detailed quotation is prepared based on the confirmed design, quantity, and production requirements.

Once approved, an official Purchase Order (PO) is issued to begin the manufacturing process under the agreed timeline and conditions.

3. Samples and Size Set Processing

Sample development is created to verify garment construction, fitting, workmanship, and overall quality before mass production.

Our size set process ensures accurate grading and consistency across all garment sizes.

3.1 Trial (Size Set) Samples

Trial samples are produced in selected sizes to test fitting, proportions, measurements, and comfort.

This process helps identify any adjustments required before final approval.

3.2 Making and Approved Samples

Final samples are refined and completed according to all revisions and client feedback.

Production proceeds only after receiving official sample approval from the client.

4. Order Production

Once samples are approved, bulk production begins using standardized manufacturing procedures.

Every production stage is closely monitored to maintain efficiency, precision, and consistent product quality.

5. Production in Progress

Our production team manages cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing, and assembly processes under strict quality control.

Real-time coordination ensures smooth workflow and on-time manufacturing.

6. Quality Control and Packing

Every finished garment undergoes detailed quality inspection to ensure it meets approved specifications and production standards.

Products are then carefully folded, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment based on client requirements.

7. Complete and Delivered Product

Final products are securely packed and delivered according to the scheduled timeline.
